Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breast
16 oz. bottle of Italian dressing (I made it)
1/2 C. parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning
4-6 potatoes scrubbed and cubed
16 oz. bag of mini carrots
Directions
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Put a small amount of Italian dressing on bottom and place chicken in pot (mine is still frozen). Pour some Italian dressing on it and sprinkle half the cheese and sprinkle some italian seasoning on it. Place next two chickens in pot. Sprinkle remaining cheese on the chicken. Pour carrots on top and put more italian dressing on it and sprinkle italian seasoning. Place potatoes on top and pour remaining dressing and seasoning on potatoes. Cook 6-8 hours.
