Pumpkin Bars

Pumpkin Cake:
4 eggs
1 C. oil
1- 16 oz. can of pumpkin
1 2/3 C. sugar
2 C. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tsp. salt
1 Tsp. baking soda

Mix all ingredients together. Spray 10x15 cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Spread batter in pan evenly. Bake at 350* for 25 minutes. Cool and top with cream cheese frosting. Enjoy!

Cream Cheese Frosting:
2 C. powder sugar
8 oz.  cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. butter

Blend cream cheese, butter and vanilla together until creamy. Then add powder sugar.
